Audio Visual Project Manager (Small Works & Service)
Established in 2004 Audio Light Systems are a company with a reputation for quality installations across a wide range of disciplines.
As part of our continued growth Audio light Systems are looking for an experience Audio Visual Small Works and Service Manager to develop and grow our Audio Visual Small Works and Service offering.
Main Duties
You will be integral part of the ALS management team and be responsible for managing small works with a focus on the growth of our existing service and maintenance support function using your skills knowledge and experience in a service management role
Through the use of modern CMMS system, you will grow the existing client base and development of service procedures and schedules ensuring a robust and efficient system is maintained in compliance with the requirements of the business and third-party quality, health, safety and environmental accreditations.
Supervise the team daily, including staff planning, and decide what tasks to allocate to the Technicians based on daily priorities. Ensuring the Technicians are managed in line with our standards and Health & Safety legislation, including the safe use of tools, PPE, and procedures.

Role Requirements
- Experience in managing installation and service teams.
- Work in a commercial, client-facing environment.
- Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Good management skills.
- Provide budgets, estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
- Understanding of AV systems including reading drawings, fault finding & testing
- Good IT Skills
- Full Clean Driving Licence
The following certification would be desirable but not essential.
HND/HNC Audio Visual Technologies
AutoCAD
Advanced IT & networking
Extron programming level one or above
DSP programming including Yamaha, TOA etc
CSCS, first aid, IPAF, PASMA & SSSTS / SMSTS
Lighting system programming including DMX, DALI etc
Salary:
£35,000.00-£48,000.00 pa depending on experience

Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Available to work out with normal hours and willing to travel.
