Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk - 6 month FTC

Interaction Accountancy and Finance are actively representing a well established local client in their search for a Part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a 6 month Fixed Term contract, based in their offices in St Neots, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid working available after training period)

Working 22.5 hours per week (there is flexibility on days/hours), you will be required to support the current finance team in the following duties:

  • Process invoices accurately, ensuring correct authorisations are obtained
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Resolve supplier queries
  • Other duties to support the team

Suitable candidates must have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • IT Literate, experience of O365 (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • AAT desirable but not essential
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Team player with a flexible attitude

This role will be available to start asap, with successful applicant being required in the office during initial training period (and ideally in the office after this time).  Successful candidate must be eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship and due to location, must have their own transport to get to site.
