You will work across one of the largest sites, with over 1,500 employees and no sign of slowing down their growth, due to winning new retailer contracts through innovative NPD projects!

As a Senior Development Technologist you will...

• Co-ordinate and deliver site development activity – product submissions, panels, new launch reviews
• Be a key member of the NPD team supporting the launch process from concept to launch
• Continuously develop and introduce new and improved products to meet strategic objectives
• Conduct market research to investigate and identify customer needs, upcoming trends, and gaps in the marketplace
• Manage new product costings including determination of costs for ingredients, packaging, labour and distribution

To be a Senior Development Technologist you will need...

• Previous experience working within a Process Technologist role 
• Great knowledge of Food manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience meeting the NPD needs of large retailers
