Senior Civil Engineer

Our client, a renowned consultancy within the infrastructure sector, is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their experienced civil engineering design team in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and draft SuDS schemes, private external works, and adoptable Section 38 and Section 104 works.
- Produce civil engineering designs for various sectors, including multi-storey buildings and residential projects.
- Utilize Microdrainage and PDS software for drainage and roadway designs, finalizing drafts in AutoCAD.
- Supervise the design process to ensure compliance with current guidelines and industry best practices.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on training to enhance team members' skills.
- Plan and coordinate tasks, personnel, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD for technical drawings.
- Skilled in Microdrainage and PDS software.
- Solid understanding of the construction industry and basic health and safety protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
Desirable:
- Experience with Civils 3D software.
