Line Leader/Key Operative - Night Shift

We are looking for Key Operatives / Line Leaders to work at our Prepared foods factory just outside of Lincoln on our Night Shift.
You will support the Production team to ensure the smooth running of our busy production lines whilst playing an important part in making sure every product packed is to the highest standard and taking responsibility for the Production line and paperwork.
Shift pattern:
Sunday to Thursday
7pm - 3am
Skills and experience needed:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Previous food manufacturing and production experience
