Great opportunity to work with this forward thinking and progressive Council helping deliver their Net Zero targets through the delivery of projects within the Facilities & Environmental services team

Outline of responsibilities:

To be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of SALIX funded capital projects aimed at Carbon Reduction across the Council through deploying a suite of project management tools, techniques, frameworks and methodologies you will be responsible for the competent, professional and successful delivery of capital projects.


Using advanced skills in cost, time, change and relationship management along with displaying project leadership you will deliver the best outcomes for the Council and its residents from each of the projects.

Key Skills and Experience:

Degree or equivalent qualification or experience relevant to the role portfolio and/or a professional qualification in project management, such as PRINCE2, or working towards

Experience of delivering a concurrent portfolio of complex projects.demonstrating familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle

Must have Net Zero Carbon experience

This is a hybrid position requiring a few days a month in the clients offices

The rate is subject to potential negotiation
