My client is a well-established care provider looking to expand their new business operation in the Lincolnshire area.  They are looking for a professional children’s home manager with excellent experience of children’s residential care services and a true passion for providing the highest quality care possible. 

Working with a highly experienced senior management team, you will essentially be starting up a new children’s home, so this is a rare chance to be influential from the outset in terms of recruiting the staff team, setting the standards, developing the culture and welcoming children into the home.
