We are currently looking for a Temporary Housing First Project Lead. This role is pivotal in managing tenancies for individuals with complex needs, helping to address homelessness and improve lives.
Job Title: Housing First Project Lead
Location: Nottingham
Contract type: Temporary 3 Month Contract potential for extension
Hourly Rate: £29-31/hr Umbrella
Working week: Monday to Friday 9-5pm Hybrid working 2-3 Days WFH

- Manage tenancy issues, including antisocial behaviour and enforcement
- Support new tenants in the Housing First programme
- Conduct end-to-end casework management
- Develop and implement Housing Management plans
- Ensure properties meet the needs of tenants
Required Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, and other welfare benefits
- Understanding of housing services and antisocial behaviour legal frameworks
- Experience working with multi-agency teams and maintaining effective relationships
- Ability to work with challenging behaviours and make timely decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
