Our client is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join their team and be the first point of contact for their customers. Responsibilities: 📋

Provide general reception duties, including welcoming and assisting visitors.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers' needs are met and exceeded.
Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments within the organisation.
Maintain a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the organisation.

Requirements: 📝

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Well Presented

Dress code: Navy trousers, white round neck top, white pumps.
