Foot Mobile Multiskilled Building Services Engineer needed in City of London (HVAC)

Our client is one of the UK`s leading Building Services specialising in commercial building maintenance, there is now, due to expansion a need for a Foot mobile Multi skilled Building Services Engineer, electrically qualified with a good understanding of HVAC.

The ideal candidate should be client facing with the necessary experience to perform reactive & PPM tasks as well marshalling specialist services and reporting to the building manger.

The clients that I am currently representing hire based on attitude and approach and are looking for individuals who want to grow with us as they continue to expand.

Salary: £43,000 

Location : The City of London + The West End

Hours/Days: Monday to Friday- 42.5 hours per week with overtime starting after 47.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities
You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial offices, some high end residential- landlords supplies only, and cover static sites should it be required for holidays and sickness.You will be required to respond to emergency call outs and reactive jobs, ensuring that all SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) are met.

Necessary Skills

Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications

NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Refrigeration Systems.

Level 2 or NVQ Diploma in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems.  

Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline

To carry out installation of plant, fixtures and fittings as required

To carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings

To organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements

Desirable:

Training in Legionella Awareness & Emergency Lighting Regulations

City & Guilds / Plumbing / Elecrical / Gas

18th Addition

2391 Test and Inspection.
