£30,500 per annum
Full Time
Gateshead, Team Valley
Temp to perm work (12 week probation period)
Days 6am-2pm/ Backs 2pm-10pm or Perm Nights 10pm-6am (Mon-Fri)
Induction date: Thursday 13th/Friday 14th June
The induction process will include a group interview, walk around the factory and one2one interview.
On behalf of our client in the food production industry we’re recruiting a Team Leader to manage a team of 10 people.
Key tasks:
- Organise and supervise a trained and motivated shift team to ensure the smooth running of the production line
- Assist in resolving staffing issues including holiday, disciplinary and grievance ensuring all HR and Ethical policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that all team members pursue safe working practices and compliance with all accident and reporting procedures.
- Ensuring food safety standards, product quality and hygiene Good Manufacturing Practice
Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
