GSL Education invites applications for a Business Studies Teacher in Sheffield.

About the Role:

A well-rated school in Sheffield (S20 area) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Studies teacher to join their team starting from September. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Business Studies, with the ability to inspire and engage students.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies.
  • Create lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging Business Studies lessons.
  • Assessing and tracking student progress.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supporting students in achieving their full potential.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and participating in school activities.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in business studies.
  • Experience in teaching Business Studies at school level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Please note: This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful candidates must satisfy all background checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
