CNC Miller Setter Operator

Our client on the outskirts of Coventry is looking for experienced CNC Miller Setter Operator due to Growth, investment and a full order book for years to come. Our client has an international customer base and produce their own products as a specialist in their sector. Due to growth within the business and expansion into a new facility our client can offer and interesting and engaging work environment with a great package and unlimited but optional overtime. The ideal candidate will have strong experience setting and operating CNC Millers with Fanuc OR HAAS controls, however all controls experience will be considered. There are opportunities on either permanent days of permanent nights. Due to ongoing growth their will be opportunities to progress within the business if you show the right initiative.

CNC Miller Setter Operator

• Setting and operating CNC Machines
• Editing programs all controls using Fanuc or HAAS Controls
• Programming experience will be advantageous
• Experience interpreting Engineering Drawings
• Work to tight tolerances and inspection of own work
• Working with a variety of materials
• To work to your own initiative and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Assist or instruct other operatives with set ups tooling and cutting details as necessary
• Working to a high standard keeping scrap at a minimum

CNC Miller Setter Operator

• Choice between days or nights
• Permanent Days- Monday to Thursday 7:15am-4:15pm, Early Finish Friday
• Permanent Nights- Monday to Thursday 8pm-6am
• Unlimited Optional Overtime on offer
