We here at Siamo are excited to be working with a family run business in Swindon who specialise within the distribution and sale of Motor vehicle accessories.

They are currently going through an exciting expansion and looking for a Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, looking to learn and grow within their close-knit team.

This is a great opportunity for anyone with a retail or sales background, someone with a passion for vehicles, target driven to reach KPI’s and achieve an incredible un – capped commission.

With an incredible bonus scheme, you could be working towards £45,000 by the end of the first year, this is an ideal role for someone that is determined and KPI driven.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Executive will include:

  • You will be fully trained in their sales process and maximising opportunities through following – up calls, taking in-bound telephone enquiries, internet and walk in enquires.
  • Answering customer queries from products, availability and delivery and supporting the process from the start through to completion.
  • Working towards and achieving KPI’s for unit sales and add on accessory sales.
  • Signing customers in for fitting, demonstrating and then handing products over.

The ideal candidate for our client will have:

  • Experience working within a sales role preferably within the motor trade, retail or customer service.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and within a small sales team.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Effectively work through the sales process and have the strength to close the sale.
