RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this Leicester based prestigious retailer as they look to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator on a permanent hybrid basis. Roles at this business are few and far between.
You join at an exciting time as the business looks to continue it's growth and acquisition plans. The role reports through to an exceptionally engaging and passionate Payroll Manager and sits firmly in the function of Payroll and offers study towards a Payroll qualification if you wish.
What's The Role of Payroll Administrator?

  • Start to finish processing of set monthly payrolls
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records.
  • Liaising with colleagues and management on payroll related queries.
  • Payroll administration - setting up new starters, leavers, transfers, absence entry and filing etc.
  • Calculation and payment of termination payments.
  • Processing increases and calculating back pay.
  • Assisting the team with month end responsibilities.
  • Calculating annual leave accruals.

  • Someone with drive, passion, enthusiasm, personality and above all, a can-do attitude.
  • Solid payroll knowledge is essential, including Ni and Tax calculations.
