Rubicon Executive’s client is seeking a dedicated, collaborative individual with expertise in the food supplements and nutrition industry to become their Head of Nutrition.  In this pivotal role, you will represent the business to stakeholders, attend key industry events, and bridge the gap between the company and its audience by sharing and distributing crucial industry insights.

As the Head of Nutrition, you’ll:

  • Attend key events in the industry as the Nutritional Expert representative for the business
  • Collaborate with the Nutritional Therapist Team to ensure all marketing and DTC teams have constant access to nutritional expertise for BAU, campaign content and press pieces
  • Contribute to the brand strategic plan to help inform the leadership team’s directional decisions
  • Partner with the product team to understand new developments and relay concepts effectively to stakeholders
  • Create the Education Master Deck to distribute to teams, enabling further analysis and strategic plans to be developed
  • Host regular meetings with the Nutritional team to ensure knowledge and understanding is consistent across the business.

As the Head of Nutrition, you’ll have:

  • Extensive experience: Proven background in the nutrition field, specifically related to women’s health
  • Innovative Mindset: A strong drive to improve processes and provide innovative solutions
  • Adaptability: The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Industry Awareness: Keen understanding of trends in ingredients and their benefits
  • Functional Testing Knowledge: Up-to-date expertise in functional testing, ideally related to female health.
