PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED FOR ARCHITECTURAL METALWORK
(Minimum 5 years experience in similar role)

Ideally based within commutable distance to Leighton Buzzard.

Role includes, (but not exhaustive);
·     Complete running of all client contracts within your brief
·     Attending any pre-start meetings
·     Co-ordinate and control all work through the business from tender through to completion, including the timely preparation of Method statements, As-Builts, Risk Assessments and O.M. Manuals
·     Oversee all aspects of Health & Safety on sites in conjunction with the Company’s H&S appointed representatives
·     Liaise, organise and co-operate with all departments within the business including directors, estimating, drawing office and production to ensure we maximise our service and reputation with our clients 
·     Ensure all your projects are delivered on time and within budget whilst maintaining the highest standards
·     Attend and progress and/or design meetings on a regular basis to enable full compliance with our clients requirements; plan ahead and programme the workload to ensure correct contract progression
·     Ensure our QS is kept fully aware and up to date where required to ensure full value of our expertise, goods and services is attained, and interim and final account applications are submitted in a timely fashion to ensure our cash-flow forecasts are maintained
·     Ensure all your projects designs are spec. compliant and architecturally compliant to the clients requirements, reporting any deviations in a timely fashion
·     Maximising the revenues on your projects by ensure all variations and instructions are recorded
·     Foster long standing relationships with clients to ensure future business
