Your new role
As part of this housing association, you will collaborate to manage and administer valuable asset data within a controlled governance framework. Implement data collection and quality strategies to ensure data integrity and influence long-term investment programs. Lead asset management improvements using software and CAD/GIS systems.

  • Manage the housing associations asset database, analysing data for asset investment and replacement programs over 5, 10, and 30 years.
  • Lead data collection on asset condition and energy performance, ensuring accurate records.
  • Oversee stock list changes, maintain accuracy, and comply with data governance.
  • Coordinate the GIS system for public realm assets and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders for data improvement and safety compliance.


What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within housing and have good analytical skills and property knowledge.
