The Role

As an IT Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical business system support to our employees and ensuring the efficient operation of our IT business systems. You will be the first point of contact for all business systems related enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing resolutions in a timely manner. Your role will involve supporting hardware and software systems and managing user accounts.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional technical support and ensuring our employees have the tools they need to perform their roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate IT helpdesk requests – via phone, email, messaging – seeing each one through to resolution
  • Primary responsibility for the completion of Pancredit Helpdesk tickets
  • Ticket triage for all business systems requests
  • Scheduled administration tasks
  • Providing information to fulfil audit requests
  • Implement user and account changes within Pancredit, Five9 & other IT Systems as appropriate
  • Be a subject matter expert in the administration and operation of Pancredit as the lending platform
  • Occasionally testing new features and fault resolutions in various software and system
Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in an IT support role or a similar position within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
