Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team at a leading provider of fire protection services in the UK. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for fire protection projects, including design, installation, and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fire protection industry and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for fire protection projects, including design, installation, and maintenance services
• Conduct site visits to gather information and data for estimating purposes
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine the most suitable solutions
• Collaborate with design engineers and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive estimates
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, quotes, and proposals
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid UK driving license (essential)
