Role: Supported Housing Service Manager

Location: Exeter

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours

Salary: £31,400

The Role:

P4 Recruitment are working with a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people. They are looking for a Supported Housing Service Manager to manage all aspects of the service and to ensure the delivery of a consistently high quality, safe and person-centred service in accordance with their policies and procedures.

About the role:

As a Supported Housing Service manager your responsibilities will include provide planning, leadership and direction, meeting statutory ad organisational quality, build an effective and motivated staff and volunteer team promoting a culture of continuous improvement, actively manage expenditure throughout the year continually seeking opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency in service delivery.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of rough sleeping, multiple complex social need and the causes of homelessness.
  • Experience of managing a budget and financial systems
  • Health or Social qualification at degree level or equivalent
  • Previous work with rough sleepers, homeless and/or other socially ecluded people
  • Full driving licence and access to own car for work purposes, business insurance required
  • Good oral, written, administration and IT communication skills
