Senior Town Planner
Are you a qualified Town Planner with extensive experience in the private sector? My client's team is expanding their Oxford office and they are on the hunt for a Senior or Principal Planner to join their growing team.
Your Role:
- Providing commercial and specific planning advice
- Proactively managing engagement with the local planning authority and other stakeholders
- Providing robust evidence to support the planning case
- Preparing high quality planning submissions and Development Plan Representations
- Representing the clients' commercial interests throughout the planning process
- Mentoring more junior members of staff
About you:
- MRTPI qualified
- Numerous years experience in a planning consultancy or local authority
- Be pro active, a good team player and able to manage a demanding workload
- Show enthusiasm and think outside the box
- A full UK driving licence
- Plans to develop and excel in your career
