Contracts Manager

Madisons Recruitment are currently looking for a Contracts Manager for a construction maintenance contractor who specialise within commercial properties.
Please note, sucessful applicants MUST have experience overseeing/pricing commercial maintenance properties.
You will be an energetic self-starter, preferably with a trade background and experienced in the maintenance of commercial property for blue chip clients within central London and surrounding areas. Have excellent time management skills, along with a can do attitude and a positive approach with regards to Health & Safety.
You will be able to work to deadlines and ensure that KPI’s and SLA’s are met.
Duties include:
- Overseeing multiple projects running simultaneously in different locations
- Client management and liaison
- Pricing and providing quotes for maintenance contracts
- Budget control, working alongside the managing directors and commercial team
- Managing KPIs and SLAs
- Regular toolbox talks, technical support and day to day support for the site teams
