Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications using C# .NET and T-SQL.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on C# .NET and T-SQL.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with SQL Server and writing complex queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic salary up to £45,000 with annual bonus

- Hybrid working environment (2 - 3 days on site) central Hereford
