We are working with a consultancy based in Hereford who are seeking a mid level .Net Developer to join their business. Opportunity to work on greenfield projects for their vaired customer base with a real opportunity to progress into a Technical Lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software applications using C# .NET and T-SQL.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on C# .NET and T-SQL.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with SQL Server and writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
