£75 - £85K + car allowance + package
My Client:
One of the country's largest residential business across London, the South of England, and Wales.
Working in partnership, investing in local authority partners and housing associations to build high quality, mixed tenure housing schemes.
The Role:
Working alongside the Design Manager to interrogate the designs from an M&E technical perspective, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team for all projects.
You will be working on single and 2 stage tenders through to the delivery and hand over stage.
About You:
You will have a degree, HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
You will have worked in the building industry at pre-construction through to delivery
Ideally you will have worked in the residential sector
You will either currently be working for a Tier 1 Contractor or you will come from an M&E Contractor
