The role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work very collaboratively with the rest of your colleagues to run an efficient purchase ledger process. Duties include:
- Inputting high volume invoices on to the system
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Working with your colleagues to carry out different parts of the role and turn your attention to priority areas as required
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Happy to multi-task
- Data entry (efficient and accurate)
- Use of Sage Line 50 is an advantage if used, if not then use of similar systems similar systems
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
- The right attitude and work ethic
- Good communicator
- Great team player
This would suit someone qualified by experience
Working hours
9am – 5pm – in the office 5 days a week
Remuneration
£24-28K DOE
