The role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work very collaboratively with the rest of your colleagues to run an efficient purchase ledger process. Duties include:
  • Inputting high volume invoices on to the system
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Working with your colleagues to carry out different parts of the role and turn your attention to priority areas as required
Experience required
  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Happy to multi-task
  • Data entry (efficient and accurate)
  • Use of Sage Line 50 is an advantage if used, if not then use of similar systems similar systems
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
Interpersonal skills required
  • The right attitude and work ethic
  • Good communicator
  • Great team player
Qualifications

This would suit someone qualified by experience

Working hours

9am – 5pm – in the office 5 days a week

Remuneration

£24-28K DOE
