We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our client based in central Bradford.

The Senior Legal Assistant handles a variety of defended and bespoke litigation files from inception to conclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Handle varied contentious caseloads.
• Assess cost implications and commercial benefits.
• Support Legal Assistants with their caseloads.
• Compile monthly reports.
• Liaise with external agencies and internal management.
• Draft court documents and instruct counsel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Legal Executive or Law Degree.
• Experience with contentious caseloads and court advocacy.
• Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and relevant Consumer Acts
• Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
