Our client is currently seeking an experienced customer service advisor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer product queries and issues through to successful conclusion
  • Deal with customer complaints through to successful conclusion, escalating when necessary
  • Using various online tools to respond to customer queries
