This role will allow you to explore a variety of responsibilities and really be apart of the development of a fantastic new venture for the business.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries, queries, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the daily calendar with new bookings. Check pricing & report any discrepancies
• Prepare a maintenance checklist/property info pack for on-call maintenance team.
• Carry out property visits & checks as and when required/in
• Book in appointments for new listings.
• Assist with the growth of the business, look at growing the property portfolio and become a vital part of the core team

Role requirements

• Organised and methodical approach to tasks
• Experienced with offering the highest level of service to customer and colleagues
• Team player with the ability to work independently also
• Self-motivated Driven and enthusiastic
• Educated to GCSE level with passes in Maths and English or similar level
