The Senior Leadership team of a UK wide Construction & Property Consultancy are seeking an energetic, Associate Quantity Surveyor for their London office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Partners are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor with bags of personality and a desire to build a team, get involved in business development, and build a long term future at the practice.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will ideally have a strong NEC contract background, and experience of working on central government projects.

They would consider a Quantity Surveyor at Director level, but there would be an expectation of bringing contacts/income with them.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or similar
  • NEC contract experience
  • Experience of working on central government projects
  • Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
  • Business development experience
  • Client facing
