Chartered Building Surveyor

We are currently seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor skilled in Level 2 and 3 surveys and Home Buyer Reporting. This role offers the chance to be part of a rapidly expanding firm with an impressive portfolio and substantial ongoing projects. Located in Finchley, this is a fantastic career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivating strong client relationships.
- Assisting the consultancy team with day-to-day project delivery.
- Conducting Level 2 and 3 building surveys and site inspections.
- Completing Home Buyer Reports.
- Collaborating with external clients and consultant teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Home Buyer Reports.
- MRICS with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in Level 2 and 3 Building Survey reporting.
- Experience with modern reporting software.
