CMM Programmer / CNC Machinist
£32,500 + Overtime (OTE 40k) + Monday to Thursday + Days Based

Are you a CMM Programmer with either machining or fitting experience looking for a varied, hands-on role for a stable and secure company working on Monday to Thursday?

In this workshop based role you will be primarily doing quality inspection using CMM, including programming the machine. This will also be split with machining or fitting, whatever you have experience in, making this a highly varied and engaging role in a large, clean workshop environment.

This sub contract machine shop were founded 50 years ago and supply into automotive, rail, and oil industries. They pride themselves on offering an excellent working environment and work-life balance, ensuring their fantastic staff retention rates.

This role would suit a CMM Programmer looking for a role which is different every day, getting involved in various aspects of a workshop whilst working just 4 days a week.

The Role:

• Doing quality checks on mechanical components
• Programming and using the CMM
• Also doing machining/fitting when needed
• Monday to Thursday, 7am - 5pm, 37 hours a week
• £16.92 an hour, overtime paid at 1.5x, plenty available on Fridays
