Role: Agency Reception Manager
Location: Woodstock, Oxford
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
Platinum Recruitment are currently supporting a 4 star hotel in Oxford, and we have an opportunity for a Temporary Reception Manager to join the team on a temporary basis to start ASAP.

What's involved?
- Assist on busy Reception shifts helping with Check in and out guests.
- Check all billing is correct and Target and budget for the department.
- Allocate rooms.
- Deal with guests' requests and customer feedback.
- Open and close daily shifts and take ownership of the shift.
- Take ownership of the shift.
- Ensure staffing levels are correct with all shifts covered.
- Train and motivate team.
- Handle VIP guests
- Knowledge of Opera is essential
