Role of a female Support Worker

Are you enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with Autism? Our client in Colchester is seeking compassionate support workers, if you have a caring nature and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with Autism, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with Autism, ensuring their physical emotional and social needs are met.
  • Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver holistic and integrated care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 6months plus in healthcare industry.
  • Effective communication & interception skills
  • Must have a child & adult DBS on update service.
  • Must be a driver
