We are actively looking for a Electrical Services Officer to join a local authority in the North Birmingham area on a permanent basis. As the Electrical Services Officer you will be:

• Carrying out electrical inspections across various properties in the Birmingham area
• Liaising with contractors to check the progress of work and ensure that it is completed to a high standard
• Working with senior management to ensure that remedial actions have been completed
• Overseeing the servicing, maintenance, refurbishment, and installation contracts across fire alarms, suppression systems, lift specifications, air conditioning and door entry

As the Electrical Services Officer you will need:

• Electrical background
• Social housing / public sector experience
• Previous experience overseeing electrical contracts across fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, lifts and door entry
• Experience completing electrical inspections and working with contractors
• Electrical relevant qualifications
