Absolute Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our clients based in Halesowen.

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the effective communication with customers ensuring a positive experience from order to delivery.

The position is based in Halesowen and is a Permanent position.

The salary is starting at £26,000pa with an increase after probation period has been passed as well as a bonus paid at the end of each year.

Free onsite parking and a gym membership.

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Thoroughly maintain up to date and accurate customer records
  • Investigate any issues that arise and solve any problems
  • Provide product information, pricing and services
  • Price quotations and ensure stock check before order
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely, professional manner
  • Dealing with any invoice queries and order queries promptly and accurately
  • Any further job duties assigned by management

Skills & Experience;

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Time management
  • Investigating and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills over the telephone and via email
  • IT Literate
