Building Surveyor

Local authority in the Nottinghamshire area are looking for a building surveyor for initially 6 months with experience in dealing with Damp & Mould inspections and disrepair claims.
Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for the inspection and standards of delivery of the housing repairs service referring only the most complex and intractable problems, and matters relating to policy to Operations Manager/Repairs and Maintenance Manager.
£30 - £34
37 hours a week
