Our client, are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team! Someone who can take responsibility for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining Water Purification systems across the South West and Wales!

Field Service Engineer Roles and Responsibilities:

• Carry out on-site installations, repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions
• Document service activities, including repairs and replacements
• Provide training and technical support to customers on equipment operation
• Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance product performance
• Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance product performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service visits

The ideal Field Service Engineer will:

• Have proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar
• Experience in Servicing and Fault Finding of Industrial Water Filters, Softeners and Reverse Osmosis Systems
• Have experience with Water Purification Equipment, Filtration and UV
• Have knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
