HR and Payroll Business Partner
Leicester
£50,000 per annum
We have an exciting vacancy for a HR and Payroll Business Partner to join a great, growing company based in Leicester.
The successful candidate will oversee all HR and payroll functions across the business providing strategic support and advice to the management team.
Ideally you will have some experience working within the Care/Healthcare industry coupled with a CIPD Level 5 or above Qualification (not essential) with experience supporting HR with Human Resource Management and Payroll responsibilities.
** Please note this role offers hybrid working with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring effective staff management and payroll processing
- Managing complex employee relations issues including but not limited to redundancies, disciplinaries, absence management, tribunals ensuring best practice
- Working with senior management, developing and implementing HR strategies
- Updating and maintaining accurate HR and Payroll data
- Preparing HR and Payroll reports
- Supporting with salary reviews, compensation and benefits
- Supporting the growth of the organisation and building strong relationships with stakeholders
