Shape the Future of Learning & Development

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Learning & Development to lead our client’s training and development initiatives. This role is crucial in creating impactful training programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategise & Lead: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Innovate Training Programs: Design and deliver a variety of learning experiences, including e-learning, workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training.
  • Inspire & Coach: Lead and manage a team of trainers, instructional designers, and coordinators, ensuring their professional growth.
  • Measure Impact: Establish and analyse KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with HR, department heads, and senior management to identify and address learning needs.
  • Build Relationships: Develop partnerships with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role within learning and development, with a proven track record of successful training program design and delivery.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
