Job Summary:
T People are seeking a qualified and experienced Decorator to carry out insurance repairs on domestic properties. They work will be within a 50-mile radius of Melton Mowbray.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Carry out necessary maintenance and repair work as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results, necessary repairs, and safety advice.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Keep up to date with current best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all work.
Health and Safety:
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, clients, and colleagues.
- Identify and mitigate any potential hazards encountered during repairs.
Experience:
- Proven experience in carrying out Decorating work.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Decorating.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
