Description

The role of Operations Team Leader will involve:

• Leading and coordinating the logistics team in Birmingham.
• Working Saturday to Wednesday 1am-10am.
• Overseeing logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implementing and maintaining logistics strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Managing and resolving any logistics-related issues.
• Communicating effectively with other departments.
• Providing training and support to team members.
