Join a leading team of civil and structural engineers recognised for sustainable and integrated design.

The company are looking for a Principal Engineer to lead civil and structural designs for various projects. You'll have the necessary skills and resources to help assist in running the department and adhere to quality standards.

A background within building structures is beneficial with experience of working within a range of sectors across buildings, aviation and defence.

Responsibilities

·Oversee C&S project teams and ensure compliance with management systems
·Lead C&S design for large and small projects, implementing 'Perfect Delivery' standards
·Prepare tenders, fee estimates, and conduct design reviews
·Mentor and train junior engineers, supporting their performance
·Promote innovation and sustainability within the team

About You

·Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (CEng MICE/MIStructE)
·Extensive civil and structural engineering experience
·Keen to progress within the business
·Eligible for security clearance
·Knowledge of current C&S design codes and standards
·Proven track record of successful project delivery
