My client has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager for their new Commercial / Healthcare fit out project in Guildford.
Suitable candidates will have held the position of Project Manager within Commercial Fit out companies previously with at least 3- 5 years experience at this level. They will also be experienced in all Cost Control along with Programming and Scheduling. Project is a mix of Commercial Cat B along with Lab fit out work.
All candidates must have managed Commercial Cat A and Cat B projects along with having some Healthcare or Lab experience..
There is the potential that this project could lead to follow on work.
