We are a leading provider whi is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of efficiency and service across our operations. We are looking for a seasoned Fleet Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth management of our vehicle fleet.
Job DescriptionAs a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective administration and management of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fleet management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal usage and maintenance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, inspections, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fleet operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate vehicle assignments, driver schedules, and route planning to maximize efficiency.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on fleet performance, costs, and compliance status.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with service providers.
  • Insurance and Documentation: Manage insurance claims, renewals, and maintain up-to-date documentation for all vehicles.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and manage fleet expenses, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.
  • Driver Support: Provide support to drivers, addressing any issues or concerns related to vehicles or routes.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in fleet management or administration.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with drivers, service providers, and management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements related to fleet operations.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
