Our client base is global, and we focus on the Prime Central London markets, for example Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Marylebone.

We're on the hunt for an Operations Manager who is ready to push our business to new heights! In this exciting role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury real estate business, building and optimizing internal processes to ensure team efficiency, high performance, and alignment with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
    • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including implementation of customer journey, property listings, client relations, and transaction management.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  2. Team Leadership and HR:
    • Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, including agents, administrative staff, and support personnel.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
    • Ensure all Team member documentation is in proper order and proper work incentives created for Fortuna members
  3. Client and Stakeholder Relations:
    • Maintain and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and partners.
    • Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Have a passion for delivering the highest quality service.
  4. Marketing and Business Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and lead generation strategies.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  5. Technology and Innovation:
    • Implement and manage technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance client experiences.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
    • Drive innovation in property management and real estate services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years estate agent experiece, ideally within a luxury market.
  • Proven track record of effective leadership, team management ensuring quality control throughout the business.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency within a business and achieving results through automations and mapping
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of implementing new ideas
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and technology.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in London.
