Joshua Robert are working with a UK wide Developer that deal sourcing, concept stage, planning, construction, and sales & marketing of the whole project.
They are looking for an experienced Mastic Applicator to assist them on an on-going project in Birmingham City Centre.
Immediate start (Monday 18th June).
Need to apply Mastic to kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors to 45 refurbished apartments.
Responsibilities of the Mastic Applicator:
Monday to Friday - 7.30am till 4pm (30mins unpaid lunch) - 40 hours per week paid
They are looking for an experienced Mastic Applicator to assist them on an on-going project in Birmingham City Centre.

Responsibilities of the Mastic Applicator:
- Application of mastic and sealing in new build bathrooms and kitchens, windows & doors
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Adherence to safety regulations on construction sites
- Collaboration with the project team to meet project requirements
- Proven experience as a Mastic Man or Applicator
- Valid CSCS card is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Immediate availability for an immediate start
- Commitment to quality work and attention to detail
- Own tools required
- PPE Required when on-site
