Lettings Negotiator

Our client is a well established office, with a great reputation for exceptional customer service. The role of a lettings negotiator is varied but will include the following responsibilities:
- Tenant registration
- Conducting viewings of properties
- Inventories and check out reports
- Setting up tenancies and renewals
- Maintenance resolution
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Providing market leading levels of service to tenants and landlords
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ideally, experience in lettings, including knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Salary of c£26,000
- Town centre office location
- Training and development
- Own car expenses reimbursed
