Lettings Negotiator – Ashford, Kent – Basic Salary around £26,000 – Independent Agency
 
Our client is a well established office, with a great reputation for exceptional customer service. The role of a lettings negotiator is varied but will include the following responsibilities:

• Tenant registration
• Conducting viewings of properties
• Inventories and check out reports
• Setting up tenancies and renewals
• Maintenance resolution
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
• Providing market leading levels of service to tenants and landlords

To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ideally, experience in lettings, including knowledge of the relevant legislation and regulations
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
