We are currently looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join a really lovely school in Lewisham to support a pupil with SEN on a 1 to 1 basis starting in September. 

The Roles

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be supporting a pupil with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis. The child will be in KS2, although year group is yet to be confirmed. 

The school are interested in applications from enthusiastic teaching assistants with a minimum of a year's experience within the classroom, supporting children with Special Educational Needs. You will have worked with children with a range of SEN, including Autism/ADHD/behavioural difficulties or Complex Needs. You must be prepared to support the child outside the classroom as necessary.

This role is offered as an ongoing contract from September 2024 to July 2025.

Pupils feel safe at school, enjoy their education and become confident and positive members of the community.
