Compensation and benefits

Because IFAs are paid in various ways, from salaried roles through to self-employed earnings, we will tailor the package around your needs.

This will be attractive, fair and commensurate with your capability.

If you have clients you can bring with you, you will be compensated for this too.

 

Other details you may want to know

You’ll be based at their offices in Mayfair – where they hold their client meetings.

Should you have a non-compete agreement, we will help you work through this to ensure there are no issues.
